Why I created this
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, and longing for guidance that actually helps.
I created this space to share the support I wish I’d had, grounded, usable, and human.
Here, you’ll find tools to build self-worth, calm your nervous system, trust your voice, and take steps that genuinely feel possible.
Who I am
Hi, I’m Jon; coach, breathworker, and lifelong student of the inner world.
I’ve always loved exploring psychology and trained for four years as a psychotherapist. I've been increasingly drawn to the wisdom of the body: somatics, breathwork, and the ways the nervous system shapes how we live.
These are the areas I love to explore and share.
I’m based in the UK and married to Kelly, who’s from Minnesota. Our British–American mix brings insight, laughter, and more mispronunciations than either of us will ever admit.
